The Sports Enhancement Session
Initially the sports person is invited to a free consultation to discuss their specific sporting goals.

Two initial sessions are usually required, with the possibility of a booster on the eve of a major competition.

The sessions will focus on goals using visualisation, positive thinking and hypnotic suggestions that continue to work during your sporting endeavours. Hypnotherapy will help to reduce any tension or anxiety and self-hypnosis will be taught for you to practice and continue in your own time as part of your training regime.

Hypnosis is a form of communication with our unconscious mind, and this unconscious part of our mind controls 95% of our thoughts, actions and emotions. Reprogramming the unconscious part of our minds with healthy and beneficial affirmations and suggestions produces the desired effect without effort.
